Co-Sketching session - Open to all! ✏️

Join me for a golden hour of dedicated drawing time - Tuesday 25th June, 1-2pm BST/9-10am EDT

This month I’m running a free co-sketch session for all Creative Flock subscribers.

If it’s popular then I’ll do one a month for all subscribers, plus one extra session for my paid members.

Do you find yourself putting your personal sketchbook work or passion project to the bottom of your task list? Have days or weeks gone by when you haven’t opened your sketchbook at all?

It’s something I still experience; there are often so many ‘urgent’ jobs to do during my working day that the idea of an hour of sketching, for no particular purpose or project, seems frivolous.

Something I never seem to spend enough time on is my nature journal. It’s crazy that a creative activity I love so much and which is an important part of my practice gets sidelined so easily.

I hope that these co-sketching sessions will give me the permission and accountability I need to get back into my nature journalling habit. And I hope it will provide you with the same motivation!

So whether it’s:

• Filling the last few pages of your sketchbook

• Starting a page of thumbnails for a new picture book idea

• Drawing from those memorable holiday photos

• Or work on your passion project

Things to note:

• These co-sketching sessions are not recorded

• Participants will be muted on entry, however there will be a chance at the beginning to share what you’re using your one hour for, either in the chat or by unmuting yourself (optional).

• These sessions are for quiet, uninterrupted sketching or creative time. But the chat will be open if you did want to ask a question that we can pick up at the end.

• At the end of the session, there will be a chance to share what you did with your hour (optional).
