Join us for a 'collection' themed session, 10-11am (BST) on zoom.
Hello!
Here are the images for tomorrow’s drawing session! Taking place Friday 29th September, 10-11am (BST)
You are welcome to either draw along with the reference photos or draw from your own collection. I will have something from my own collection to share, but will draw from the drawing set. Please feel free to show and share your collection or an item from it at the beginning of the session, we’d love to have a look :)
Timings:
There will be x1 5min warm up drawing, then we’ll pick another image for 20min, then a third for 30min. Aim to finish drawing by 11am, then there will be a chance to share your work at the end, but only if you want to.
About the session:
The live drawing sessions are unguided, which means I won’t be teaching you step-by-step techniques, it’s a space where we draw/paint/create whilst hanging out and chatting (this bit is optional, you don’t even need to have your camera on if you’d prefer).
What these sessions provide are golden opportunities to take time out to draw for yourself and through that process learn and develop.
Sharing after the session:
As mentioned, there will be a chance to share with others at the end of the drawing session, but this is optional, there is no pressure to do this.

I’ll be setting up a Substack chat thread after tomorrow's session where you can post photos of your drawings.

Replay:
There will be a replay of the session available, it will be uploaded over the weekend and you’ll be notified by email or in the Substack app. Enjoy! :)
Thank you to everyone who has shared details about their collections, past and present! I’m so impressed by the range and size of some of them, mine seem tiny in comparison! 😆 The chat thread is still open, i’d love to see more of your collections, and feel free to upload a photo.
