This might sound like a cop out, but I'm having to limit my exposure to the news lately. It really affects my mental health and I struggle a lot with justice sensitivity from my ADHD. I'd love to get more immersed in it all but when I try i wind up struggling. Just have a bit too much on my plate lately!

My youngest daughter is heavily into Agatha Christie stories and shows right now. It's very cute 😅 as her and the hubby watch them together.

That's so sweet, does she like Miss Marple or Poirot? Do you listen to the podcast 'You're Dead to Me'? There's a great Agatha Christie episode, really facinating to hear about her life.

I have been informed that she is a Poirot fan at the mo 😁

It's not a cop-out at all Clair ❤️

As humans, we’re not wired to consume and react to rolling 24-hour news, and exposure to traumatic events and violence can have a profound impact on our mental health. We each respond to media in different ways and there’s no shame in needing to protect your health and wellbeing.

There are other ways to stay informed and voice concerns about injustices without relying on the daily news. You can support causes through art, making donations, educating young people, having conversations with family and the community. Small actions can make a difference, and you don't have to prove your level of care to anyone xx

So true. Joining in with Sarah Dyers charity draw session was really good for that reason. Such a lovely thing she is doing. Which reminds me I think there's another one soon? 🤔

I haven't seen Sarah mention she's planned in another, but I think she said she'll try and make them monthly. I know she has a lot on this month with Bologna and the retreat so perhaps there won't be one in March x
