Are you familiar with the concept (or book) of the 12-week year? It's using a quarter system for planning (3 months= 1 quarter, 4 Q in a year), and that's exactly what you've done here! I started using this idea in my own personal planning and like the whole idea! I hope this works for you. It sounds great. You should look into the '12-week year', whether the book or just info on the internet!
Oh wow, didnβt know there was a whole planning method around this! π Iβll look it up, thank you. Do keep me posted on how you get on, we can compare notes!
Oh, you are so right. Delighted to have the chance to slow down, and have a little think/plan. This last month was a personal history of missed classes & sessions and feeling creatively shortchanged (all self-imposed, but unavoidable) so I celebrate your decision to go slowly and more thoughtfully, and I'll do my best to take my lead from you! Have a lovely weekend. xx
Thank you for your kind words, Vivien. Iβm sorry to hear youβve been caught in lifeβs fast lane lately, it really can be relentless. Itβs so easy to say βyesβ to everything and try to keep all the balls in the air, but there are only so many hours in the day, and itβs often our wellbeing and creativity that take the hit. Iβm really glad to have inspired you π Hereβs to a gentler pace and finding our way back to what fills us up x
Love this for you Emma! Iβm sure you will be really happy with slowing down and you will even get some itch to keep going! It is always just about finding the right pace π
