Thanks so much for mentioning the Cocoon Emma! A nature journal is such a lovely theme, I've been thinking of combining it with the "30 days from home" theme that Emma Carlisle did in January. There's so much to see close to home.

You're welcome! That's so true, I spot loads of interesting things in my small back garden and tons of wildlife. Goes to show these things are there if you just look closely enough x

Haha! I never know how to end videos or voice notes! 😆

Ooh, thats exciting about Folio! Well done for being organised, i'm a deadline dancer so will likely leave it to the last minute! Yes, the free to enter element is sooo good, I didnt bother with the AOI World Illustration Awards this year as I felt the entry fee was too high. Good luck with your submission to Folio! xx

Haha a deadline dancer! 😂 Not heard that before, but I fooled myself by thinking it was due on the 4th March 😅😅😅 So now I can pretend I'm organised

Awww Emma! I loved listening and think you're doing awesome. I know exactly what you mean with feeling like I'm on the brink. I was just telling Holly that last week! It sounds like some time in nature will be so good to recharge. Last week I walked dogs a mile a day without headphones and it helped a TON. If I don't get at least an hour of stillness a day on average, everything feels sideways.

Thank you so much for mentioning me up there! I'm so looking forward to drawing with you this month! 💞

Thank you for your kind words Beth ❤️ I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling too, but glad you've been making time for a daily walk. Dogs provide a great excuse for stopping work and getting outside, whether you wanted to or not! 😆

I'm excited for animal portraits with you later this week, it looks like fun!
